Generous holiday house with a modern amenities, barrier-free on the ground floor
The 160m² detached holiday house is suitable for seven people. It was built in 1960 and was last renovated in 2017. It is situated on the Hümmling in the beautiful Emsland.
Your holiday accommodation is on two floors connected by stairs. The ground floor, which is barrier-free, has a bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin and a WC with a handle. There is also the spacious living room with a sofa and various armchairs for relaxing, satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and a CD player. The light kitchen unit integrated into the living room is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large wooden dining table for meals together. The ground floor also has another room with a fitness machine, table football and an infrared cabin. The upper floor of the house has four further bedrooms, of which one is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and the others with single beds (90 x 200cm). On this floor there is also a modern bathroom with a shower with a glass screen, a washbasin and a WC.
Attention was paid to ensuring a barrier-free ground floor and general child-friendliness. The whole house is laid with tiles and underfloor heating and has regulated interior ventilation.
The other highlight of the house is the generous garden with plenty of space for children to run around and play. It has a side and a swing, as well as two sunny terraces with garden furniture, for recovering from everyday stress. The site is only partially fenced, so if you bring a dog it should be supervised or be kept on the leash.
It is about 2km to the centre of Werlte and about 1km to the nearest shops. You can go riding or swimming 3km away. The nearest train station is about 20km away.
