Holiday House in Teguise with Private Parking and Panoramic Views

This quiet country home is located in the small town of Los Valles in northern, rural Lanzarote. The nearest town - Teguise - is about 5 km from the property. The 300 m² house sits on a 3000 m² property with a garden, established in 2006.

The holiday house has two floors, connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a dining table, a ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. One the same floor, you will find the spacious living room with a sofa and a coffee table, as well as a flat screen television with digital TV and a stereo. On the ground floor you will also find three of the four bedrooms, two with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and a closet and the other bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a closet. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has an en suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is an additional spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. On the top floor, you will gain access to the second living room, which is also furnished with a sofa and has high end wood flooring. Additionally, the fourth bedroom, which is also furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (1.50 x 1.90), as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, are to be found on the top floor.

The kitchen gives access to a small, covered patio, which is perfect for enjoying your breakfast al fresco, reading or relaxing. The patio is accessible from the living room on the top floor. It boasts panoramic views over the surrounding nature and part of the town of Los Valles. The property is enclosed with a stone wall and has a well maintained garden. One of the highlights of the garden is a garden house built of stone, where you can find a barbecue area and a wood stove. It is detached from the main house and offers a guest toilet and a seating accommodation. It is ideal for enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. A small, covered patio with chairs and a table is also found here. In the basement of the garden house is a wine cellar.

The vicinity is ideal for sports' enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking or walking. It is about 21 km to the airport and 8 km to a larger town. The nearest restaurant and shops can be found about 5 km from the house in Teguise, the island's capitol. It is 6 km to a golf court and 9 km to the ocean and the nearest beach.
