Cozy Town house, situated in the old town of Skopelos, in a very nice location

Antiques and cozy, terraced house in the old town of the island and the town of Skopelos, situated in a pedestrian street, with a balcony with large windows overlooking the living area



From the traffic-free street, you can reach the house. On the ground floor you will find the cool bedroom with a double bed (1,40m x 2,00m), a silent fan and bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedside table and storage space are available. The bathroom can be separated from the sleeping area. Up a flight of stairs is the living area with living room and a open kitchen. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, freezer, cooking elements and a toaster. A small bar located between areas with two stools. You can rest or seat, here sofa in the living room. Radio and CD player are available. The house offers a mix of modern style and history, old and new come together here. Designer furniture, antique, original art - with traditional and Greek flair. Again, you encounter a silent ceiling fan. Your accommodation is cleaned and linen for the bed and the bathroom is provided.



Through large doors you reach your balcony (2.5 m x 3.5 m), so you have the sun in the house. From your semi-covered balcony with garden furniture you have a wonderful view of the old town and the mountains. You can park your vehicle on a small road which is about 30 steps higher up. The advantage is that you do not hear any noise from car engines. General parking is free in Skopelos.

The house is situated in a very guiet area. Down the hill in a 10-minute walk from the port of Skopelos, the beach Glyfoneri can be reached in about 15 to 20 minute walk on the other side of the mountain. Did you know that Skopelos was used for the movie "Mamma Mia"? Do you have marveled also because of the beautiful surroundings? Places of interest in each case, the church of Agios Ioannis, the Museum Vakratsa House, the Port of Glossa. Nature lovers will also get their money. Natural beauty and a variety of hiking trails can be found in the vicinity.

    “Ein gemütliches, sauberes Apartment mit gastfreundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern. Die Lage ist nicht ganz optimal da man vom Hafen ein ganzes Stück in die Stadt hoch laufen muss, dafür ist es dann aber sehr ruhig. Positiv: Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter, die Sauberkeit, der Balkon Negativ: Der Küche hat es ein wenig an Kochutensilien gefehlt (großer Topf, Öl)”
