This appealing holiday apartment is luxuriously furnished and has a pleasant ambience. From the terrace, you have a splendid view of the fortress walls of Tossa de Mar and the beach, which is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment. it is very popular due to its close proximity to the old town and the numerous cafes and restaurants. You find various boutiques and souvenir stores on the pedestrian zone. The boats in the tourist port guarantee an interesting tour with good frequency, on the route along the Costa Brava.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung könnte kaum besser sein, die Ausstattung ist gut. Es gibt einen superschönen schattigen Balkon mit großem Tisch, an dem auch alle Platz finden mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer, auf den Strand und auf die Burg. Jedoch muss erwähnt werden, dass uns für 8 Personen ca.50,-€ Energiekosten im voraus berechnet wurden. Außerdem ist die Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Wir hatten einen Bus. Wir bekamen im Haus dann noch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für 50,-€ die Woche. Diese muss mitgebucht werden, sonst muss man außerorts parken, oder irgendwo anders einen Parkplatz buchen. Bis zu 12,-€ am Tag. Im Haus gibt es einen Sonnenschirm, genug Strandmatten, Spielzeug für Kinder. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und zwei Schlafzimmer sind sehr ruhig nach hinten ausgerichtet.”

    “Keurig appartement, rechtstreeks gelegen aan het strand. Met de trap één verdieping naar beneden (indien gewenst met de lift), door de hal, het voorlangs kruisende weggetje oversteken en plaatsnemen op het strand. De woning zelf is wat gedateerd qua keuken en badkamer (jaren tachtig). Dit kan ik zeggen, doordat ik een tweetal keren hiervoor in een iets hoger gelegen appartement heb verbleven en wat er hetzelfde uitzag. Neemt niet weg dat alles er gewoon keurig uitziet. Een enorm pluspunt is het balkon. Lekker groot en heerlijk om, wanneer dan ook, te zitten genieten van het Spaanse klimaat. De mogelijkheid om tegen een kleine vergoeding je auto te kunnen parkeren is mooi meegenomen. In de buurt is e.e.a. echt beperkt.”
