Holiday house with a light and modern interior, with a big private pool and a sea view from the balcony

The 130m² holiday house is on the outskirts of Rebici and is suitable for up to eight people. It dates back to 1900 and was last renovated in 2012. An asphalted road leads to the beach at Rebici 2km away.

The ground floor has a living room with an open fireplace, sofa corner and satellite TV, as well as two of the three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and it is possible to add a cot, the second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200cm). The ground-floor bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a small sitting corner (dining table with chairs). On the upper floor, accessed via outdoor stairs, there is the third bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), and there is also another bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. It also has a second living room with satellite TV and a pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200cm) for two people. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house.

In the courtyard there is a 21m² private pool with an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols around it. At ground level there is a terrace with a grill and a rustic wooden table with seating for up to eight people. The balcony with a sea view on the upper floor is accessed up outdoor stairs and provides a wicker seating corner with a parasol.

The centre of Rebici is about 200 metres away. The sea and the beach, as well as water sports and a fishing area, are about 2km away. It is 5km to other shops, a restaurant and public transport. The airport and boat harbour are about 28km away. There is a golf course 26km away.
