House on two levels situated in "Su Crastu Biancu" near Sa Rocca Tunda beach. It is only 80m from the beautiful sandy beach with shallow and safe water . It has a large garden with private parking, large covered porch with barbecue, Sink, table for 20 people and a full bathroom new construction. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with large fridge and freezer well, single bedroom, large living room with table, sofa, satellite TV and fireplace. Bright living room with sea view. Upstairs there is a second bathroom, a double room with sea view and balcony, bedroom with bunk beds and sea view, and another double bedroom. The house is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach.

    “Super Lage unmittelbar am Strand (ca. 5 min bis runter); Parkplatz genau vorm Haus; Ausstattung ist nicht übermäßig vorhanden, aber hat uns gereicht - die meiste Zeit ist man eh draußen; wir waren schon das 2. Jahr hier und würden wieder hin.”

    “War alles in Ordnung, was das Haus betrifft, nur die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht geklappt. Wir vereinbarten 11.30 Uhr uns am Haus zu treffen, nach mehrmaligen Anrufen wurden wir nach Putzu idu in eine Pizzeria bestellt und warteten wieder, 16.00 Uhr konnten wir dann endlich in das Haus, war natürlich ärgerlich. Das nächste, was uns nicht gefallen hatte, war der Gasflaschentausch, nachdem wir morgens festgestellt haben, dass die Flaschen leer sind, haben wir den Vermieter angerufen, um 8.30Uhr. Er versprach sofort zu kommen, wir konnten weder Duschen noch einen Kaffee kochen. 4 Gasflaschen waren vorhanden und alle leer, das ist ein Unding. Wir unternahmen dann einen Ausflug nach Oristano mit Frühstück in einer Bar, als wir 15.30 Uhr zurück waren, musste ich erneut den Vermieter anrufen, da bis dahin die Flaschen immer noch nicht getauscht wurden. Überlastet kann der Mann nicht gewesen sein, denn es waren in der Nachsaison kaum Häuser belegt.”
