This bright and airy holiday apartment is located in the quiet and peaceful village of Debeljak on the Zadar Riviera along Croatia’s Adriatic coast, an ideal location for a relaxing holiday amid nature far away from the tourist crowds.Modern furnished self contained holiday apartment with private swimming pool, sunny sea view balconies in a fully enclosed family villa with a private gym and a playground.

The 160m² holiday apartment occupies the first and second floor of the three storey family residence and has only recently been completely refurbished in 2013 when it was equipped with all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday. The air conditioned apartment has its own separate entrance and offers a living area, a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor hosts the living room, two of the three bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a three seater cream colour leather sofa and two matching armchairs, a coffee table, a stereo system and a large flat screen television complete with USB port. A large doorway leads from the living area to the modern kitchen where you will find a dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer combination, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and a large dining table with six matching chairs. Sliding wood screen doors allow you to close off the doorway in between the kitchen and living room after eating. The living area gives access to your private sunny terrace which is furnished with sun loungers and boasts a dining area with a table and chairs for you to have your meals under the open sky while enjoying the views of the sea. The first bedroom has a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, the second bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed. The bathroom on this floor has a bathtub with shower device, a wash basin with wall mirror and cabinet, a bidet, toilet and even a washing machine. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the third bedroom which is furnished with a 160 m x 200 cm double bed and has access to a balcony and the second bathroom with a shower, wash basin, wall mirror and a toilet. The highlight on this floor is your own private gym, here you can enjoy a good workout on the sit-up bench and exercise bike. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge. A bed for a child and a high chair are also available.

The generous fully fenced garden area is shared with the landlord who stays in the ground floor apartment and is always happy to help with any questions you might have. Upon request, he can also deliver his own organically grown fruits and vegetables right to your doorstep. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the swings and children’s pool in the leafy garden. Four secure parking spaces are available on the enclosed premises.

Your holiday apartment is located only approximately 3.5 km away from Sukosan which is known for its long beaches and intimate coves with crystal clear waters, a good choice of restaurants, cafes and bars and Zlatna Luka, one of the largest marinas on the Adriatic. The Kornati islands and the city of Zadar are always worth a visit. The nearest shop is about 300m away. The airport is only about 6 km away from your apartment.
