This bright and airy holiday apartment is located just right above the sea in the small village of Pisak on the sunny Makarska Riviera on the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic, a perfect seaside escape for two or a couple with up to three children.

The fully air conditioned holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a three-storey family house and comprises of a living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, one bedroom and a modern bathroom. The apartment was refurbished in 2019. Now there is a new kitchen and two new sofa beds.The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat screen television, DVD player and HiFi system and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs. The fully fitted kitchen offers a ceramic stove top, oven, fridge complete with freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. From the living area you walk into the spacious bedroom with parquet flooring which is furnished with a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed with a mosquito net canopy for additional comfort, a sofa bed and an antique wooden chest of drawers offers plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. Here, you can enjoy the sea view right from inside your bed when you open your eyes in the mornings. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional 135 cm x 190 cm double bed offering comfortable sleeping space for two children. And in addition there are two new sofa beds. The bright white tile bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and shower device, a wash basin, hairdryer, toilet and even a washing machine. Towels and bed linen is provided, reliable WLAN internet access is offered in the apartment free of charge.

The living room literally folds open onto the front-sea facing sun deck with wooden loungers and a sun shade, which is a real highlight. This is a perfect spot to witness the sunrise over the bay and watch the sun go down over a good glass of wine. A wide stone staircase gives direct access to the beach. A private parking space is available right in front of the house.

The landlord lives in the apartment on the other two floors and is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have.

The old part of the village of Pisak is located alongside the coast, your apartment is within walking distance to the small romantic port. The nearest shopping facilities and a good choice of cafes and restaurants are only 100 m away from your holiday apartment.
