Modern and bright holiday home with a private pool and a sunny patio

This holiday home, built in 2014, is located in Cala Bona, a Mallorquin coastal town, well known for its picturesque fishing harbour. It accommodates up to eight people on 180 m² on two floors. It is the ideal property for enjoying a family holiday.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with s leather sofa, satellite television with a DVD player and a large dining table. One the same floor, you can find the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also one of the bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The holiday house offers three double bedrooms on the top floor: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the others are furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) each. There is also bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink on the top floor. Both bathrooms have a small window. A washing machine and Wi-Fi access are at your disposal.

The holiday house boasts a spacious, partially covered patio adjacent to the private pool. You kids will love playing in the water. The pool is surrounded by indigenous plants and sun loungers and can be lit up at night. One of the top bedrooms has access to a balcony with views over the property and the surrounding area.

It is about 400 meters to the ocean and the beach (about 5 minutes on foot). Next to this beach is the beach of Cala Millor, well-known for its white sandy beach and its crystal clear water. It is about 2 km long. Here you can partake in sporting activities or sun bathe. It is about 1 km to a fishing spot and a boat rental and 500 m to public transport and shopping. The airport is approximately 71 km and the ferry harbour 25 km from the property.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist super schön gelegen. Ruhig aber dennoch zentral. Wir waren in 2 Minuten zu Fuß an der Promenade in Cala Bona und in 15 Minuten an den schönen Stränden von Cala Millor. Mit dem Auto war man in 5 Minuten bei großen Supermärkten. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat sich direkt zu Hause gefühlt. Auch die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Highlight des Hauses ist natürlich der Garten mit dem tollen Pool, den wir auch Ende März schon jeden Tag genutzt haben (wir hatten 20-28°C Lufttemperatur). Auch im Mittelmeer waren wir an einem sehr warmen Tag schon baden (empfehlenswert die Cala Anguilla).
    Die Vermieter Cati und Gabriel wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück. Sie sieht man aber kaum. Allerdings sind sie bei jedem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Wir bekamen die Waschmaschine nicht an und Cati war sofort da. Die beiden sind sehr nett und haben uns auch tolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps gegeben. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.”

    “Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses entsprach genau den Angaben, es war alles sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl. Unsere Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns gute Tipps, wo wir was finden konnten. Wir waren auch ganz begeistert von dem Pool, der genauso aussahn wie auf den Bildern. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder einen Urlaub dort verbringen.”

    “Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und haben alles vorgefunden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus benötigt. Schönes Haus und toller Pool, gepflegter Garten und nette Betreuung (auch sehr hilfsbereit). Die großen Doppelbetten waren uns zu weich, das ist allerdings Geschmackssache.”
