This loft-like studio is in the centre of Salò and is just a short stroll from the lakeside.
The studio apartment on the ground floor measures around 60m² and was recently renovated. It provides a little kitchen unit, a spacious living room with two big windows looking out onto the little outdoor area. The sleeping area is separated from the living room area by an old bookcase from the 1930s. The sleeping corner has a double bed (2 mattresses: 80 x 200cm). There is an adjoining bathroom with a shower, WC and washbasin and there is also a storage room. The living room has a big dining table, sofa bed for two people and enough space to set up a children’s bed, which the owner can provide on request. Free wireless Internet access is available. The living and sleeping room has a heat pump, which can be used both for heating and for cooling.
The little outdoor area is furnished with a table and chairs and is ideal for having breakfast.
