Traditionally furnished holiday home on a spacious, rural property with a private pool

This detached 100 m² holiday home in a rural location is a former farmhouse which can accommodate up to six people. It is located outside of El Gastor between the Sierra de Cádiz and the Serrania de Ronda in the Province of Malaga, with views of the "Sierra de Grazalema" and near the white towns of El Gastor, Montecorto and Zahara. The house was built in 1908 and last renovated in 2011.

The house offers three bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and air conditioning. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and the third one offers a 1.35 m x 1.90 m bed. The two bathrooms each boast a shower, a sink and a toilet. Due to the thick walls, the temperature inside the house is comfortable year round. It is comfortably warm in the winter and refreshingly cool in the summer. A heating unit and a fireplace in the living room ensure a comfortable temperature during the winter months. The spacious living room is furnished with sofas, a fireplace, a flat screen television with satellite reception, a stereo and a DVD player. The fully furnished kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a dining table, a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave. A washing machine, a dryer and a clothes line are located in the separate laundry room. Wi-Fi, bedding and towels and fire wood for the winter months (at a fee) are part of the rental.

The property is accessed through an automatic gate, which separates the property from the street. At the house you will find a patio with several brick columns and a wooden roof, offering welcome shade. The highlight of the property is the private pool. The adjacent patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The property is about 100 hectares and offers stunning views of the nearby lake. Parking is available.

Shopping facilities and public transport can be found about 4 km from the house. It is about 8 km to the lake Embalse de Zahara, where you can partake in aquatic sports. There is also a lawn area. The nearest ocean and beach are about 50 km and the airport is 60 km from the property.
