    “Sehr schöne Wohnung, etwas abseits vom Stadtkern direkt am Strand. Der Garten ist mit seinem Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und auch die Badezimmer sind ausreichend. Die Dusche hat nur einen winzigen Bereich vor der Duschkabine aber ansonsten funktioniert alles bestens. Auch die Küche ist etwas klein, mit zwei Personen zu kochen oder zu spülen ist sehr mühsam. Durch die direkte Lage an der Ausfahrtstraße nach Portofino ist es recht laut. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes daher ist es kein Problem, gut zu schlafen. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichlich und alles in einem guten Zustand.”

    “Appartement heeft erg mooie ligging met tuin die hoog ligt en wijds over zee uitkijkt. Ook in de avond is uitzicht in de baai met alle lichtjes prachtig. De tuin heeft goed verzorgd gras, bloembakken, mooi terras met tuinset onder een veranda en mooie boom. Er zijn 2 mooie ligbedden in de tuin. Van binnen is appartement wat gedateerd. Het luxe gevoel bij appartement komt meer door de tuin met view.”
