Spacious house with a terrace, a balcony and a great view

This house is in the suburb of Stobrec, very close to Split. The house is ideal for those who would like fairly quiet accommodation, but would like to spend their holiday near a tourist resort.

Your holiday residence is on a little hill and can accommodate up to eight people. It provides 140m² of living space and was last renovated in 2013. The ground floor has an air-conditioned living and dining room with a kitchen unit, forming the centrepiece of the house. A comfortable seating group, a big dining table, satellite TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary electric appliances (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine) are provided. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this floor. The upper floor has three other bedrooms, each with access to the balcony with a sea view. A bathroom rounds off this floor.

The 50m² terrace is accessed from the living room. While you are enjoying your breakfast there you can look out at the sea. A Mediterranean garden surrounds the fenced site, which provides ample seating and a grill.

The lower floor has a fitness room with a table tennis table. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. Cots and highchairs, an iron and ironing board can be provided free of charge.

Owing to the elevated location on a hill, it is quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful view. The southern stairs lead directly to the promenade. By car you approach the house from the north. The beach is a three-minute walk away, with many bars, restaurants, shops and water sports options. You can also attend diving courses. In the vicinity and further afield there are many trip destinations. The nearest bus stop is 100 metres away and the nearest sandy beach is about 150 metres away.
