Holiday home with a small swimming pool and a sun terrace in a quaint location at the heart of Mallorca



This typical Mallorquin, 160 m² house offers room for up to six people on one floor and is located on the small town Ariañy. The town is located in the interior of Mallorca on a 240 m² property.



Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite and a guest toilet are located on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The living room is furnished with a fireplace, two sofas and a television with satellite reception. The spacious kitchen is furnished with a large dining table, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, an iron and free Wi-Fi are at your disposal. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. The top floor is not inhabitable and is used as storage. Pets are not permitted.



The house has a patio furnished with outdoor furniture and a small pool with a small waterfall. A barbecue area and a garage are also available for your use.



It is about 1 km into town and a restaurant and 500 meters to public transport. The nearest shops, the beach and the Mediterranean can be found about 15 km from the property. Here you can rent a boast and partake in aquatic sports. It is 35 km to a golf court and about 50 km to the airport. A rental car is recommended.

    “Nachdem der Vermieter uns sehr nett mit Kuchen und Wein empfangen hat, verbrachten wir eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren gut klimatisiert. Der Poolbereich war noch neu, sehr gemütlich und von außen nicht einsehbar. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Ort Ariany ist etwas abseits vom Touristengetümmel und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Es gab eine Bar, einen gut sortierten kleinen Tante Emma Laden und eine Apotheke. Alles in Allem: Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.”
