Your villa is on a complex, in a quiet location and very close to the fishing village Agios Georgios, where you can find a picturesque beach and a couple of tavernas with local specialities.



Make yourselves comfortable in a modern villa on two floors. Large, light rooms await you, comprising three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and four bathrooms. The kitchen provides everything you need, including a fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron. The light and spacious living room has satellite TV.(few English channels) Strong WiFi . Bring your tablet/ laptops to connect with TV. You can sit at the dining table or on the sofa. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other two are on the first floor. One of the bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, the others with a double bed. The bedrooms also have a bedside table, mirror and dresser. The four bathrooms are spread between the two floors and you can relax in the bath. There is an electronic safe for your valuables. If you have toddlers, then a cot and a highchair are available. Wireless Internet access is free.



There is a private pool with sun loungers and parasols, a jacuzzi ( Jacuzzi not heated) available from April - October extra fee. A paved terrace with a beautiful landscape. You can also grill here. You can enjoy a wonderful sea view from your balcony. There are free private car parking spaces by the accommodation.



The resort has a full-time manager who can assist with any queries. Jacuzzi costs from 15 - April until 31- October Jacuzzi 70.00 Euro per week Not heated. Normal water temp. Winter jacuzzi Closed. Also a/c in the living room/Kitchen is extra charge of 7.00 Euro per day per unit, only the a/c in the bedrooms are included.



Agios Georgios has a quiet little pebbled beach and traditional fish restaurants. In the north there is the nature reserve and the Akamas peninsula. There is a local doctor on call, as well as a communal children’s playground and a private chapel. You can go snorkeling, on boat tours, go-karting, bowling or visit the bird park nearby. The popular coral bay is 4km from the accommodation and its shops, bars and restaurants invite you to pay a visit. Please note: the photos are representative examples.     “Das Haus war super. Abnutzungs- und altersbedingte kleine Mängel waren vorhanden, aber nicht sonderlich erwähnenswert (Türen der Duschkabinen sind schon sehr abgenutzt).
    WLAN war super (wichtig für pubertierende Kinder :-). Küchenausstattung ausreichend (evtl. 1-2 Töpfe mehr wären gut).
    Die Zimmer sind gemütlich. Es ist alles ordentlich sauber.
