Holiday House in Podglavica with Terrace and Barbecue

This simple and functionally furnished holiday house is just a few metres from a beautiful sandy beach. It is in quiet surroundings, two kilometres from Rogoznica. The house has two floors, each with one residential unit, connected by outdoor stairs. This makes it ideal for two families who would like to spend their holiday together.

The detached holiday house provides a total living space of 130m² for eleven people. Both floors have their own entrance and each have air conditioning in the hallway. The 80m² ground floor has two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200cm) and a modern bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer. An iron and a washing machine are also available. The living room has a double sofa bed (90 x 180cm). Free wireless Internet access and satellite TV are provided. The kitchen has a big dining space and is equipped with a stove (gas, ceramic and electric rings), an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The 55m² upper floor has a bedroom with a two single bed (90 x 200cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The upstairs bathroom also has a shower, WC and hairdryer. The living room has a double sofa bed (140 x 190cm). Upstairs also provides free wireless Internet access, satellite TV and an iron. The kitchen is equally equipped with a stove (gas, ceramic and electric rings), an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.



Both floors offer a sea view and have their own terrace (each 30m²) with terrace furniture and an awning. The Mediterranean garden belonging to the house has figs, roses, cherries, strawberries, mandarins and olive trees and invites you to relax after an exciting day. It has a charcoal grill, where you can prepare delicious meat or fish dishes. Parking space for ten cars is available by the house.



The house is suitable for children, as well as for pets. There is a travel bed on both floors for small children. The lower floor is suitable for wheelchair users. It is only 40 metres to the beach. It is 200 metres to a shopping market. There are restaurants and bars, a bank and a post office two kilometres from the house. It is a 500-metre walk to a bus stop. Trips to the nearby towns of Sibenik (30km), Trogir (25km) and Split (50km) are to be recommended, with a range of culture and entertainment. There are also two national parks nearby, Krka (40km) and Kornati (70km).

    “Das Haus mit Wohnung oben ist sehr gut und sehr sauber ausgestattet - mit gutem Mobilar Klimaanlage .und Gartenmöbel und neuen Bädern , Kühl- und Gefrierschränke . Es liegt zwar an der Straße ( 100m) ,ist aber absolut ruhig. Direkt über einen kleinen Weg ist ein kleiner Badestrand 100m perfekt
    Die Betten und Matratzen sind in sehr guter Qualität - haben einen sehr ruhigen Schlaf gehabt .
    Wir hätten uns mehr Beschattungsmöglichkeiten gewünscht, sind zwar Bäume da , verstehe aber auch das wenn ein Wind kommt das das nicht so einfach ist.
    Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.”

    “Ausstattung einfach nur super alles war vorhanden was man benötigte auch Spülmittel, Tabs und Schwamm waren vorhanden. Das gemietete Objekt war sehr sauber die Besitzerin und Ihre Deutsch Sprechende Freundin die ein paar Häuser weiter auch Vermietet waren sehr freundlich, nett und familiär zu uns. Wir konnten auch die Kirschen vom Baum pflücken und uns wurde auch angeboten Gemüse aus dem Garten zu holen wenn wir es wollen.
    Zum nächsten Strand den wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen konnten war es höchstens 3 Minuten. Hier haben wir uns einfach nur Wohlgefühlt Schade das wir nicht länger dort waren aber kommen bestimmt wieder
    ich würde dem Objekt 10 Sterne geben”

    “Wyposażenie domu jest bardzo dobre, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Domek taki jak na zdjęciach, duży przestronny z klimatyzacją, pralką zmywarką. Bardzo cicha okolica . Właściciele dyskretni tylko w weekend zamieszkiwali obok wynajmowanego domu, bardzo ciepli i przyjaźni. Miejsce do grilowania duże przestronne wspaniałe na przesiadywanie z rodziną i przyjaciołmi. Blisko do morza.”
