Holiday apartment with a terrace and a little garden, not far from the sea and a wonderful sandy beach
This 45m² holiday apartment on the ground floor is located in Villasimius, about two kilometres from the beach.
It has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), as well as air conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed (160 x 200cm) in the living and dining room, which also has air conditioning. Both air conditioning units can also be used for heating if required. The kitchen within the living and dining room is equipped with a gas stove and a mini oven, so that you can cook and bake. The Italian espresso can ensures that breakfast gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a big freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.
The small but exquisite garden, for your own exclusive use, invites you to sit and relax, or you can do so on the terrace with garden furniture and enjoy a glass of fine wine. There are plenty of free parking spaces on the street in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity.
There is a grocery shop about 300 metres away and it is about a seven-minute walk to the piazza in the centre of the locality, with various shops that are open until midnight, as well as bars, restaurants and a theatre.
