Conveniently located holiday flat with a balcony and views of the ocean

The 67 m² holiday flat, located on the second floor of a three storey residential building with an elevator, accommodates up to four people. It is located in El Grao on the Mediterranean coast. El Grao is part of Moncofa.

The apartment offers two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m), the second one with a two single beds (0.90 mx 1.90m). Furthermore, you will find a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a small laundry room with a washing machine. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. It is integrated into the living/dining room, furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a television.

The living room grants access to the 11 m² patio, which offers gorgeous views of the ocean. It is furnished with outdoor furniture; a table and two basket sofas.

Moncofa is a popular tourist destination, located about 25 km from Castellón and 65 km from Valencia. The apartment is located in El Grao, about 1 kilometre from the town centre. The beach here is six kilometres long and is partially sandy, partially rocky. The beach has been awarded a blue flag and is one of the cleanest in Europe. During the summer months, the population surges with tourists, coming for relaxation and to enjoy the beautiful beach. There are many cultural and sporting activities put on at the beach, including concerts, culinary events and volleyball tournaments. The weekly market where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and fish is also worth a visit. Shops are only 500 meters, nightlife, bars and restaurants about 120 meters from the property. The nearest airport is about 65 km from the property.
