A spacious and comfortable holiday apartment with a covered veranda, a terrace and panoramic view of the ocean with the Penon de Ifach and the mountains

This quiet, spacious and well-equipped holiday property is located on a cul-de-sac at the edge of a forest on the Benissa Costa. It is about 2.5 km to the centre of Moraira. The south-west facing apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa. It has a separate entrance, while the owner uses a second stairway to his back door, so you will not be disturbed. There is a panoramic and romantic view over the Sierra Bernia and the ocean with the Penon de I'fach.

The living space of around 62m² comprises a living room, a bedroom, an open American kitchen, a bathroom and a 5 m² storage room. The living room provides satellite television, a radio and a CD player, a dining table for four people and a sofa, which can be folded out as a sofa bed 140cm wide. The open American kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a blender. The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a large wall cupboard and a dresser. In the sleeping area opposite the bedroom there is a bunk bed for two children. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a hairdryer, a window and a washing machine. The air conditioning can heat and cool the whole apartment centrally.

The covered veranda, furnished with seating, and a large, open terrace with sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue and panoramic views are available for your own private use. The property is fenced in and the terrace can be closed off, making it suitable for children. There is a parking space next to the front door.

Smoking is only permitted outside. The house also offers wireless internet access for free. A child's travel cot with bedding and a pillow is available upon request. There are also a baby bathtub, a potty, a highchair, various water and sand toys etc.

The house is located in a suburb of Moraira, an old romantic fishing village in the green paradise of the Costa Blanca. There are beaches with bizarre rock formations, as well as sandy beaches or a pebbled beach, alternating with each other. It is about 1000 metres to the pebbled beach Baladrar, a shopping centre, restaurants and a sandy beach. Many sights such as the castle, mills, yacht harbour, dam, waterfalls etc. are easy to get to from here. Everything is possible here, whether it is a family holiday or a sporty and active holiday, or simply relaxing on the beach.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Auch die Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen wundervollen Blick ist super. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt sehr gern weiter.”

    “Top Ausstattung. Es fehlte nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, sodass kein
    Straßenlärm störte. Wir haben die Stille genossen. Wer sich erholen möchte, ist hier sehr gut
    aufgehoben. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und haben uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten, die uns die Vermieter vermittelt haben, dankbar besucht. Die Wohnung als solche und das Umland sind sehr zu empfehlen. DANKE!”

    “Die Wohnung ist einfach und komfortabel eingerichtet, perfekt für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und darauf bedacht, dass es uns gut geht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

    Alles in allem eine nette Unterkunft, um sich zu entspannen und um von dort aus ausgiebige Ausflüge zu den Stränden und Städte in der Umgebung zu machen. Allerdings muss einem beim Urlaub dort bewusst sein, dass man auch zum einkaufen oder spontan ein Eis essen gehen, ein Auto benötigt.”

    “Eisdielen befinden sich meistens im Zentrum und die Enfernungen waren sehr gut beschrieben .
    Strecken über 1 Km mit Kleinkind und Ausflüge lassen sich eben nur mit einem Auto meistern.
    Wenn man mit Kindern reist ist eine genauere Information vor Urlaubsantritt angeraten, man hätte einfach nachfragen können !”
