This modern and tastefully furnished holiday apartment is in a convenient central location, in a quiet residential area just outside of the centre of Zagreb, an ideal starting point for experiencing all the facets of the capital of Croatia.
The spacious 62m² apartment is on the second floor of the four-storey apartment building from the year 1965. It was completely renovated just recently in 2015 and is equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating) . It has a living room flooded with daylight, a separate kitchen with a generous dining space, a bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa, two coffee tables, a wide digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, with cable channels, a USB port and a DVD player. Next to it there is the kitchen with a round dining table and four chairs, for leisurely holiday meals together. An elegant breakfast bar with stools separates the dining space from the very modern, white, built-in kitchen, which has all the latest appliances, including a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a big wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into another double bed (140 x 200cm). The daylight bathroom has a shower cubicle with glass sliding doors, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
The living room opens directly onto your private, sunny balcony, furnished with a table and chairs.
The apartment is about 2km from the heart of the capital. It is only about 100 metres to the nearest metro stop with regular, direct connections right into the centre (taking less than 10 minutes). The nearest shopping facilities are only about 200 metres away, and the nearest restaurant about 100 metres.
