In a shaded green garden, Villa Patrizia is the ideal accommodation for families and groups of friends, looking for comfortable accommodation within walkin distance from the village Torri del Benaco and the beach of Lake Garda. Located in a residential villa area, the villa enjoys beautiful lake views and a quiet garden among local plants and olive trees. With a short walk along a well-kept pedestrian path, a beautiful and well equipped beach can be reached, where it is possible to swim in the blue waters of the lake. For those not willing to adventure down to the lake a beautiful and exclusive swimming pool with view on the lake is available (10 metres lenght x5 metres width – depth 0,40-1.40 metres)
Villa Patrizia has been built on a slope: by the main gate there’ s acces to the front garden, a green lawn with shading trees, with a car port with space for two cars. At this ground level, there’ s an independent apartment with a double sofa-bed, small cooking area, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Access to the main floor is through a 19-steps staircase. leading to a 12×3 metres terrace with beautiful 180° view on the lake. The front doors of both the kitchen and the living-room/dining room open onto the terrace. Alternatively, from the front garden level, with a slightly sloping path, guests can reach the the pool level and the bedrooms of the house from the back garden.
The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and fridge with deep-freezing compartment and is connected, through a door, to the living room that has a fireplace, sofas and dining area, with hi-fi and sat-tv. These rooms have direct access to the panoramic terrace. The living room and the bedroom's area are fitted with air conditioning.
From both the kitchen and the dining room, there’ s access to the corridor leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The “green” double bedroom with side lake view and the “yellow” twin room (with bunk beds) share a bathroom with tub, the “main” double bedroom has a small en-suite bathroom with shower. The “yellow” room has direct access to the back garden and the pool level.
Altogether accommodation available for 8-10 guests.
Villa Patrizia is “next door” to beautiful Villa Lilium.
The deposit must be paid by credit card.
For heating problems the depandance (9° and 10° people) can be rented only from 20/05 until 30/09.
