This holiday accomodation is located in the lovely village of Santomato, at the foot of the Tuscan Apennines. It is part of a tourist complex set 6 km east of Pistoia and 17 km northwest of Prato. The location is very central, between cultural cities Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Also Siena and the beaches of the Meditterranean Sea are not far away. The famous coastal city of Viareggio can be reached within one hour. The complex consists of 9 apartments and has a shared swimming pool. The apartment with air-conditioning is situated on the ground floor and has a direct view on the swimming pool. The apartments of holiday accomodation complex Cipriani have all the modern facilities.

    “Abgelegen, ruhig, Entspannung pur. Es ist dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Florenz, Pisa, das Meer sind schnell erreichbar und laden zu Tagesausflügen ein.
    Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, typisch toskanisch mit einem großen Grundstück. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt auch der Pool, in dem wir sehr viel Zeit verbracht haben. Zeitweise hatten wir ihn für uns alleine.
    Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet mit allem Nötigen ( Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine in der EBK vorhanden ), großer Kleiderschrank, Schuhschrank, perfekt. Alles sauber und gemütlich. Klappsofa zweckmäßig. Terrasse mit Garnitur vorhanden. Den Tisch in der Wohnküche haben wir gar nicht benutzt.
    Die Besitzer waren überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Kinder waren gern gesehen.”
