Holiday home with private pool and jacuzzi

The holiday home, built in 2008 and renovated in 2012 is a semi-detached house and modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Palm Mar. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm, closed garden plot, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house.

air conditioner. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (3 m x 5 m, depth 1,4 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used all year around.
