The internal hallway in the apartment provides access to the bathroom with a shower, bath and WC, the bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. The living room opens onto the terrace facing south-west and the garden. The spacious kitchen with a fridge, electric stove and dining table also provides access to the courtyard and the garden. There is a double bed (190 x 200cm) in the bedroom.In the 1000m² garden and under roofing you can find playing, grilling (electric grill) and relaxation areas. There are parking spaces by the house. Pets are not allowedTwo discount shops, a bakery, restaurants, doctors and a pharmacy are within a 10 to 20-minute walk. The surroundings of Dassow invite you to swim in the Baltic Sea, go hiking and cycling. The easily accessible Hanseatic towns of Hamburg, Lübeck and Wismar offer a wealth of culture and interesting strolls. Dassow is by the lake Dassower See – the border to Schleswig-Holstein. It is about 20km to Lübeck and 8-10km to Travemünde and the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea town of Boltenhagen is about 20km away and it is about 35km to Wismar.

    “Een mooi, ruim en compleet huis. Aan de voorkant ziet het eruit als een echt Oost-Duits huis. Grijs en grauw, zoals alle huizen daar. Maar van binnen en aan de achterkant is het erg mooi. Een woonkamer met satelliet televisie, ruime entree, ruime slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een zitje. Tevens genoeg kastruimte en openslaande deuren naar het terras toe. De keuken is compleet en alle toebehoren en tevens zaken als suiker en zout, koffie en thee met alle bijbehorende apparatuur en een vaatwasmachine.
    Vanuit de keuken is er weer een deur naar een ander zitje waar tevens twee elektrische grills staan. Het is overdekt en ruim. tevens een grote mooi aangelegde tuin met zitjes en helemaal achterop een stuk grasveld waar je zou kunnen zonnen.
    De gastgevers zijn erg hartelijk en erg bereid om je van informatie te voorzien waar je als toerist het best kunt vertoeven en hoe je er kunt komen.”
