Holiday apartment near the beach in a villa with a pool and a terrace with a sea view
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in Carvoeira, only about 800 metres from the beach and from the town centre, in a quiet residential district with several holiday houses.
The apartment of around 60m² can accommodate two people. It consists of a bedroom with a kingsize double bed (180 x 200cm), a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a massage shower and a WC. You can dine at the dining table in the living room and make yourselves comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV with a satellite receiver. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The bathroom has under-floor heating, while the other rooms have radiators. Internet access is available via a USB stick, which can be purchased at the Carvoeira post office.
The outdoor area has a saltwater pool (9 x 4m) and a terrace with garden furniture, an outdoor sofa and loungers for your own private use. There is also a grill. The terrace affords a lovely view of Carvoeira bay and the sea. There is a private parking space at the entrance to the site.
A fruit basket awaits guests on arrival as a welcome gift, as well as a fridge stocked with milk, bread and a bottle of water. The owners, who live on site, have cats that sometimes visit the terrace, but never enter the apartment.
The apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Algarve. The beach is only about 800 metres away and the sea is within sight. It is just a ten-minute drive to lovely beaches. The nearest grocery shop is about a ten-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and cafés only about 800 metres away. Faro and the airport are about 60km away. There is a golf course about 3km away for golf enthusiasts.
