Holiday house with a sun terrace and its own pool, situated above Peñíscola on a slope, with a panoramic view of the sea as far as the Ebro delta
This holiday house renovated for the 2017 season boasts its own pool and a beautiful, extensive panoramic view of the sea as far as the Ebro delta. It stands on a corner plot of around 480m² on a slope. The enclosed and partly natural site, with pebbles, trees, bushes and cacti, is above Peñíscola, in the Las Atalayas area.
The three-room house with 68 m² of living space can accommodate four adults and two children. It has a living room with a comfortable suite consisting of a sofa and armchairs, as well as a flatscreen TV (satellite TV with English, French, German and Spanish channels) and a dining space. There is also satellite radio with German, English, French and Spanish programmes. Next to the living room there is the separate built-in kitchen, which was newly fitted in 2015 and is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen window looks out at the pool. The first bedroom has a French bed (150 cm wide). The second bedroom provides two single beds and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have big built-in wall cupboards and a satellite TV. Two beds for children can be provided free of charge (on previous order). The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house provides everything you need for your holiday and also has central heating.
The terrace provides garden furniture. There are some steps leading from the terrace to the pool above, measuring 7 x 3 metres and open from 01.06.2019 till 28.10.2019. You can enjoy a lovely view of the sea from the sun terrace by the pool. A parasol, deckchairs and an outdoor shower round off the pool area. There is also a terrace with a brick-built grill, where you can relax in the shade of a big pine tree. The house has a garage for a car and there are other parking spaces on site.
It is only a kilometre to Peñíscola and the beach and 800 metres to a restaurant and a supermarket.
