    “Das Reihenhaus selbst entspricht der Beschreibung wie auf der WEB Seite. Ansonsten ist aber die ganze Anlage im Verfall. Es gab mal ein Pool in dem jetzt die Frösche wohnen. Der Tennisplatz hat Löcher und in den Spalten wächst das Gras. Bar und Pizzeria gibt es auch schon lange nicht mehr. Der Betreuer vor Ort meinte die Anlage ist geschlossen - einzelne Hausbesitzer vermieten ihr Haus noch. An den Häusern rund um das gemietete wurde jeden Tag gearbeitet - also Baustelle.
