Structure consisting of 5 three-floor buildings, each of them with lift, balcony, private parking area and divided into apartments. It is situated at 600 mt from the beach and from the centre. Due to condominium provisions, the swimming pool will be closed during the summer 2020.
The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette (cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher) and a sofa bed for two people, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower / wc and bidet.
Outside of the apartment you can find a large balcony with table and chairs to ear open-air.
