The country estate is on the hills near Terme die Saturnia, in the idyllic, natural Tuscan Maremma landscape.
The country house is the perfect combination of a Mediterranean villa and a modern and at the same time cosy country estate. The interior of the house of around 300m² has three generous bedrooms with a double bed and their own bathroom. There is also another bedroom with two single beds and there is a gallery with a further double bed. Two supplementary beds for children can be set up in the larger bedrooms on request. The bedrooms all feature pastel tones and exude a Mediterranean flair. The owners have also paid attention to preserving the traditions and feature of the original country estate built in 1840, so the ceiling beams and the old stone walls have been exposed and harmonised optimally with the romantic interior décor. The living room invites you to relax, as a true oasis of well-being. It is dominated by a big, open fireplace in the middle of the room and open on all four sides. It also provides a big sofa, a TV, books and of course wireless Internet access throughout the house. The kitchen is set up for true gourmets and is fully-equipped. There is even a wood-burning pizza oven, inviting you to dine sumptuously together. The dining room has a big dining table made of an old wood cart, which up to 16 people can sit at comfortably for a festive meal or social gathering.
You go through a glass door in the dining room out onto the one-hectare site and outdoor area, where you can find a garden and a grill area hewn out of stone. If that is not enough, then how about the 14 x 6-metre swimming pool, a sun terrace and a Finnish sauna for your own exclusive use? There are six shaded parking spaces in front of the house. Please not that the site is open and not fenced.
