Quietly situated terraced house with two bedrooms
This is a little terraced house, one of four, on a quiet corner in Praia da Luz. It is just a two-minute walk from the beach.
The living space totalling 85m² is on two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with two single beds (95 x 195cm), a bathroom with a bath, and access to the small “Quintal” enclosed with a wall and flowers. The first floor has a combined living and dining room with access to the balcony, affording a beautiful view over the roofs and gardens as far as the black cliffs of Praia da Luz. The living room with satellite TV has a separate, fully-equipped kitchen next to it. The furnishing is modern, light, inviting and in a Portuguese style. There is a fireplace stove for the cold months, an electric wall radiator in the living and dining room, and an oil radiator in the bedroom. There is a storage room with a washing machine.
The outdoor area provides a table, four chairs and a parasol on the balcony, and two deckchairs, a little table and two chairs in the garden. Although it is a terraced house, it is sheltered from views in. There is a parking space in front of the house.
Praia da Luz is about 6km to the west of Lagos. Just 100 metres from the house you can find cafés,restaurants and shops. The beach and the sea are also only about 100 metres away.
