Son Coves is an appealing and comfortable Majorcan county house, quietly situated at the outskirts of Santanyí. From the main entrance you get to a spacious hall-dining room. At the left there is the kitchen with way out to the covered terrace, equipped with ceramic glass cooktop, oven, big freezer-fridge, dishwasher, microwave and more appliances. In the rear part of the house you find 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite and each one has its own way out to the gardens. There is also the pantry with washing machine and way out to the gardens. At the right of the hall-dining room there are another completely fitted bathroom with stairs to the roof terrace, a small living room with sofa bed and Sat-TV and another bedroom with two single beds, fitted in wardrobe and way out to the covered terrace. The pool of 12 x 3,5m with water jet is only a few steps away from the house, framed by a large sunbathing terrace with 6 deck chairs and 2 sunshades. The BBQ is in the big courtyard in front of the house, close to the terrace with the dining table and 6 chairs. in the courtyard there is space enough to park several cars. The plot with indigenous trees like wild olive, fig, almonds and carob is well maintainded. There are no close neighbours and the link road to Santanyí is far enough to enjoy the tranquility of this place. However, in just a few driving minutes you get to Santanyí and all the beaches of the area.
