House in Algorfa with Common Pool

This newly built, modern holiday flat is located in a golf resort in Algorfa. It is in a quiet location, furnished with all amenities and suitable for short and long term stays.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and an entrance hall with a utility room on 65 m². Next to the entrance is the utility room with a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron. The open plan, modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a coffee maker and a toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large living room. Here you will find a dining table and five chairs, armchairs, a flat screen television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and lots of storage space. There are toys for the kids. This apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 m x 2.00 me double bed, nightstands, air conditioning and heating and it has an en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom boasts a shower, a sink with a mirror and a closet, a window and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with three single beds (80 x 200 cm) and air conditioning and heating. The third bed is slightly lower and can be stored underneath one of the other beds. The second bathroom is adjacent to this two bedrooms. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a mirror and a closed, a window and a toilet.

The apartment has a big garden and two patios. One patio is accessible from the living room. Open the sliding doors and you have one large room. The other patio is in the 100 m² garden. Part of the garden has lawn, the other area is the patio. The property is fenced in, making it suitable for children. There are three sun loungers, a table and six chairs, a sun shade and lounge chairs. The garden faces south and receives sun all day long. There are two palm trees, which offer shade. The large community pool is open year round. There is a kiddie pool and a deeper pool for swimming. The pool is about 20 meters from the apartment and is viewable from the garden and terraces. Plenty of parking is available on and in front of the property.

The golf resort boasts a 5 star hotel with a spa area, several bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and a beautiful 18 hole golf course. It is about a ten minute drive to two other golf courses: Las Ramblas and Villamartin. The apartment is only 3 minutes from the airport Murcia. It is about a five minute drive to the nearest town with a large supermarket. It is a 10 minute drive to the coast. Guardamar Del Segura (ca.10 minutes), Orihuela and Orihuela Costa (ca 15 minutes), Elche (ca. 25 minutes) or Murcia (ca. 30 minutes) are all easily accessible.

    “Das Haus war ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ein Pool nur durch eine Treppe entfernt brachte die nötige Frische. In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man mehrere Lebensmittelgeschäfte wie Lidl, etc.”
