This is a charming holiday apartment on a site with two houses, in the middle of Lemprato. It is on a little access road into the locality and there is a big garden behind the houses, with ample space to play or relax. The apartment offers a great panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment is on the upper floor and has a charming layout, with mezzanines. The living space of 75m² comprises three bedrooms, a spacious and comfortable living room with a partly open kitchen-diner, and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The bedroom has an external door opening onto a balcony. This bedroom is also big enough to add a cot. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one offers one single bed. The living room provides a comfortable suite with two sofas, where you can relax together after a day trip, with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels providing entertainment. You go up four steps to the open kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, gas stove and fridge, as well as a big dining space with four chairs. It also provides access to the balcony, affording a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom has a shower with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washing machine and washbasin.
