This is a charming holiday apartment on a site with two houses, in the middle of Lemprato. It is on a little access road into the locality and there is a big garden behind the houses, with ample space to play or relax. The apartment offers a great panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Idro.
The apartment is in the attic and appears very light and spacious, owing to the open layout and the big window front. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, and a generous wardrobe. The big bedroom also has enough space to add a cot or supplementary bed.
The living and dining room offer a lovely panoramic view of the mountains. A sofa invites you to relax together after a day trip, with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels providing entertainment. It also provides access to the balcony, a little oasis embedded into the roof. The kitchen integrated into the living room includes a dishwasher, gas stove and fridge with freezer compartment, for convenient self-catering. The bathroom has a window, a shower cubicle and a washbasin. There is a washing machine in a separate little room.
The big garden planted with fruit trees has a table with garden chairs, deckchairs, a parasol and a grill. There is also a roofed parking space. Enjoy the mountain panorama with a view of the lake.
Your holiday accommodation is about 3 minutes from the public beach in Lemprato with a children’s playground, bar/café and pizzeria. There are a little supermarket and a bakery 100 metres away.
