The best time to visit Estremadura
In Estremadura the summer lasts for 6 months, between May to October. During these months, holidaymakers can enjoy a blazing sun with average temperatures of 22°C. However, if you are travelling between June and August, you should know that temperatures can exceed 40°C. Winter is also a good time for a holiday rental in Estremadura. Between November and April, the weather is milder with temperatures ranging from 18°C to 19°C with December and January being the coldest months. With its many monasteries, castles, historic villages and vineyards, not to mention the miles of sandy beaches which bless its coastline, a holiday rental in Estremadura is a popular choice.
