In den umliegenden Dörfern gibt es mehrere gute und für deutsche Verhältnisse preiswerte Restaurants mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehenswürdigkeiten und sonstige Ausflugsziele gibt es einige im weiteren Umfeld (bis 60 km). Das Freizeitangebot ist nicht üppig und für Kinder, die sich nicht mit sich und der Natur beschäftigen können eher nicht geeignet. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt für schöne Radtouren auf ganz wenig befahrenen Nebenstraßen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.”

Dort erhält man dann aber alles, was das Herz begehrt (großer Carrefour, Leclerc oder auch Intermarche). Croissants und Baguettes kann man beim Bäcker bestellen und bekommt sie morgens vorbei gebracht.”
