    “Das Objekt ist Teil einer kleinen Reihenhaussiedlung und liegt nicht in einer Ortschaft, sondern auf einem schmalen Streifen zwischen dem Meer und dem Lago di Varano. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in Foce Varano in ca. 5 km Entfernung. Allerdings werden Backwaren und Fisch täglich durch fahrende Händler aus dem Auto verkauft. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da (Mitte Juni). In dieser Zeit war es in der Anlage ruhig, die wenigen Nachbarn waren freundlich und angenehm.”
