    “Der Ort Rowy ist ein typischer polnischer Ferienort - während der Saison ist sehr viel los und die Orte fühlen sich nach Rummelplatz an; muss man mögen. Das Haus liegt aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und nicht mitten im Geschehen. Man kann hinterm Haus zu Fuß in den Nationalpark laufen. Viele Mücken!
    Zum Strand sind es circa 20 Minuten Fußweg durch einen sehr schönen Kiefernwald. Der Strand selbst ist wunderschön und es finden sich leicht ruhigere Ecken. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort, und es war großartig.
    Im Dorf gibt es mehrere kleine Lebensmittelläden und einen größeren Supermarkt; man bekommt eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Es gibt viele Restaurants, allerdings kaum eines, das etwas anspruchsvoller ist. Das Preisniveau ist deutlich niedriger als in Deutschland. Nur wenige Menschen sprechen Deutsch oder Englisch. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, spricht aber wirklich nur Polnisch; ihr Sohn kann aber ganz gut deutsch.”
