    “Een leuke plaats in een prachtige omgeving. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, waaronder kloosters, kastelen en mooie dorpjes. Supermarkten, restaurants en bars in zowel Stia als in Pratovecchio, waar het huis zich eigenlijk bevindt, aanwezig. Voor winkelliefhebbers zijn er een tweetal outlets in de omgeving, en ook Florence ligt maar op korte afstand. Het stadje ligt aan de rand van een prachtig en bosrijk natuurgebied.”
