    “Touristische Höhepunkte außer Strand und Meer gibt es nicht viele im Umland. Für den Ruhesuchenden ist es ideal. Man hat auch überall Platz und kein Gedränge. Das Angebot an Gaststätten ist eher überschaubar. Lebensmittel einkaufen kann man im Prinzip nur in den Supermärkten. Dort gibt es aber ein Angebot, das nach unserer Einschätzung über das in Deutschland noch deutlich hinausgeht. Möglichkeiten für darüber hinausgehenden Bedarf hat man in Falkenberg und Varberg. Dass alles erheblich teurer als in Deutschland ist, haben wir auch nicht bestätigt gefunden. Souvenirshops muss man eher suchen. Das Straßennetz in Schweden ist gut ausgebaut. Auf Auto und/oder Rad ist man aber auch angewiesen. Wir waren um Mittsommer dort und hatten 14 Tage ununterbrochen gutes Wetter.”
