    “Het huis ligt in La Vegueta op enkele kilometers van Tinajo en La Santa. Het is een heel klein dorpje waar het doorgaans bijzonder rustig is op elk moment van de dag. Op wandelafstand van het huis is aan het voetbalpleintje een klein supermarktje met de basisbenodigdheden. Op 3 min. rijden in Tiagua is een wat grotere supermarkt met een slagerij en verse vis. Op 20 min. rijden vlak naast de luchthaven is er een enorme HiperDino supermarkt. In het huis ligt een lijst met goede restaurants in Tiagua, Tinajo en La Santa. Allemaal op 3 tot 15 minuten rijden. In Tinajo is er een prima bakkerij/patisserie 'San Roque'. In de souvenirwinkel van Monumento Al Campesino (10 min.) hebben ze een grote keuze aan Malvasiawijnen tegen normale prijzen. La Vegueta is een perfecte uitvalsbasis naar alle uithoeken van het eiland. Op 30 minuten sta je in Playa Blanca in het uiterste zuiden. Op 45 minuten in Orzola in het uiterste Noorden. Puerto del Carmen, Arrecife en de luchthaven op 20 minuten. Timanfaya op 10 min.”

    “Tinajo ist ein kleiner Ort in zentraler Insellage, von dem aus man alle Attraktionen und Orte auf Lanzarote mit dem Auto gut erreichen kann. In Tinajo selbst gibt es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Wochenmarkt und eine Käserei.”
