The house in situated on the island Lopud close to Dubrovnik.
The first sandy beach and the small port of the island, are just about 100 meters away from the house.
There are 2 double bedrooms, each with an own bathroom and three apartments that are rented out.
In the entrance lodge, there are some books you can take and read and also beach toys for children that you can use during your stay.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a couch to pull out in the living room, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and beautiful garden with nice covered terrace.
There is enough space for friends or a family of 4 persons.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 cooking plates, fridge, toaster, electric water kettle and a coffee machine.
The house is just 50 meter near the beach and the center of the island, where are all the restaurants, caffe bars and shops.
The two rooms can be divided by a sliding door.
The prices include consumption of water and electricity, bed linen, towels, end cleaning, air condition, Sat-TV, internet connection (W-Lan) on a neighborhood terace 80m away.
On the ground floor there is an entry lobby for the guests of the house with a nice sitting corner and a small library where you can borrow books in different languages.
