Balestrate è ubicata in posizione strategica, per raggiungere le varie località della Sicilia, che troviamo a pochissimi km: Palermo, Monreale per il patrimonio artistico, Trapani e Marsala per le saline e i mulini a vento, Agrigento per la valle dei templi, Segesta per il teatro greco, Scopello, la riserva naturale dello Zingaro, Erice e Selinunte con il parco archeologico più grande d'Europa. San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Marsala, e Trapani, distano dai 30 ai 40km.

The comfortable 75m² apartment is on the first floor of the residential house. It is suitable for up to four people and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The generous kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a fridge and many other appliances and accessories. There is a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, air conditioning, free wireless Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a TV and all other accessories are provided, to ensure a pleasant stay.
Both bedrooms have a little balcony with a sea view. The kitchen also opens onto a little balcony with a sea view.
