Bar, supermercati, tabacchi, enoteca, ristoranti, negozi, panificio, posta, banca, fermata dell’autobus, macelleria ecc. sono tutti vicini all'appartamento. Il porto turistico è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Balestrate è ubicata in posizione strategica, per raggiungere le varie località della Sicilia, che troviamo a pochissimi km: Palermo, Monreale per il patrimonio artistico, Trapani e Marsala per le saline e i mulini a vento, Agrigento per la valle dei templi, Segesta per il teatro greco, Scopello, la riserva naturale dello Zingaro, Erice e Selinunte con il parco archeologico più grande d'Europa. San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Marsala, e Trapani, distano dai 30 ai 40km.

It is suitable for up to six people and has a spacious kitchen equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge etc. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, a TV and a dining space. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, air conditioning, free wireless Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a TV, a radio and other accessories are provided, to ensure a pleasant stay.
