Comfortable holiday apartment with a large south-facing balcony
The holiday apartment was completely newly furnished in 2015/16 and is in a quiet location, but nevertheless near the centre of Bad Lauterberg and the spa clinics. It is also easy to get to the forest or the Wiesenbeker Teich world heritage site.
The two-room apartment of around 50m² is on the first floor. The living room provides a sofa bed with a sprung mattress (140 x 200cm), a dining corner for four people, two armchairs, a radio, free DSL Internet access (16000 Kbit/ wireless) and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. The brand new kitchen unit is equipped with a fridge with a 3*** freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary utensils. There is a shower room with a WC. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200cm) and a large wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. A new child’s bed and highchair are available. The living room and bedroom are laid with laminate, the kitchen and bathroom with tiles.
The large south-facing balcony with a door that can be opened wide invites you to spend time outdoors. A car parking space is available right in front of the house.
Dogs are welcome. The apartment is non-smoking, except on the balcony.
In the charmingly restored centre of Bad Lauterberg nice cafés, cosy restaurants and shops await your visit.
