When you choose this beautiful stone vacation home with its beautiful private pool without counterpart, superbly restored according to the rules of art, you choose an exceptional property at the gates of Provence.

Nestled among vineyards, orchards and lavender, it enjoys a prime location near the most beautiful sites of the Vaucluse and Drome, the Baronnies Regional Park and the Ventoux. A beautiful terrace opens onto nature and the decoration is both extremely refined and modern. The living rooms are located on the second floor, on the first floor there is a lobby and a private garage.

Here there are hiking trails amidst breathtaking landscapes, climbing the Ventoux by bike, or try paragliding , climbing on the Dentelles de Montmirail, relaxing in the water parks of Mirabel, Nyons (17 km) or Monteux, Tasting local products such as The great wines of the Côtes du Rhône, the cheese of Picodon, the nougat of Sault and Montélimar, the strawberries of Carpentras or the cherries of Venasque, the olive oil of Nyons, will make you feel the return of your escapades. Admire the cultural cities of Orange, Valréas, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nîmes, the castles of Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse ... a day at Parc Spirou will delight children or a visit to the crocodile farm in 30 minutes. Note that your pool is located a hundred meters from the house and is accessible via a nice little path. All stores in Valréas 6km.
