The country house is centrally located in Millstatt and offers its guests exclusive access to a private bathing beach on Lake Millstatt. Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake to the full.
Right on the doorstep, the Millstätter See cycle path invites you to enjoy relaxing bike rides along the glistening waters. You can also explore the Slow Trail Zwergsee/Klieberteich from the Landhaus, which takes you to a picturesque platform with breathtaking views.
Just a short distance away, you can experience the untouched natural and cultural landscape of the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Reserve, characterized by gentle, rounded grassy peaks, fragrant stone pine forests and extensive alpine pastures. The cozy 65 m² vacation apartment with a 60 m² garden for exclusive use offers you a wonderful direct lake view and is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The lovingly designed garden is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and loungers so that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake to the full.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals (excluding food), including a filter coffee machine. Towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
The bedrooms are perfectly suited to the needs of guests who require a little more privacy: One bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed, while the second bedroom has an integrated single bed.
The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is also a separate WC for extra comfort. A flat-screen TV and a hairdryer are also included in the apartment, so you will want for nothing.
This apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, with the added benefit of a private garden and stunning lake views.
