3 - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse wenige Meter vom Wald



3 - Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Ihren ca 45m² für bis zu 4 Personen ausgelegt. Sie besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Schlafcouch , einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, sowie einer Küchenzeile und einem Duschbad.

3 - Die Wohnung ist komplett gefliest. Die Fußbodenheizung sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem 2 Plattenherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einer Microwelle mit Grillfunktion sowie ausreichend Geschirr ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Es ist mit einem großen LCD-TV der neusten Generation mit HDTV, Radio CD und DVD - Player ausgestattet. Hier befindet sich auch eine Schlafcouch auf der zwei weitere Personen bequem Platz finden. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Doppelbett. Im hellen Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche.



Die schon am Morgen besonnte Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstücken ein. Gartenmöbel stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.



Seit April 2020 können Sie gern mit E-Auto anreisen wir haben vor Ort eine 22 kw Ladestation installiert.


Hunde sind bei uns sehr willkommen Gern stellen wir Ihnen kostenlos Hundenäpfe und eine Hundedecke zur Verfügung - einfach bei der Buchung mit angeben


Für die Kleinen stehen einige DVD´s, Spiele und Bücher bereit. Ein Reisebettchen und einen Hochstuhl stellen wir gern kostenlos zur Verfügung - bitte einfach bei der Buchung bestellen.
