Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse ind Bad Sachsa / OT Steina Wald und Wiesen sind ca 100m entfernt. Wandern können Sie vom Haus aus.



3 - Das Blockhaus hat ein Wohnfläche von ca 70 m² und ist für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt.


Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Küche, Duschbad und Wohnzimmer , im Obergeschoss die 2 Schlafzimmer.


Die offene Küche mit dem Essplatz ist im Wohnbereich integriert und mit einem 4 Platten Ceranfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, 30L Gefrierfach, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine + Nespresso Vertuo Kapselmaschine , Wasserkocher und ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet.


Das große Wohnzimmer verfügtüber einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Es ist mit einem großen Flat-TV, Radio und CD/DVD Player ausgestattet.


Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im ersten Stock und verfügen über einen kleinen Balkon.

Das erste Schlafzimmer ist mit einem großen Doppelbett ausgestattet -hier befindet sich auch eine Schlafcouch auf der zwei Personen bequem Platz finden. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer finden Sie 2 große Einzelbetten.


Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und ein Fenster





Das Ferienhaus hat einen kleinen Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung, dieser ist komplett mit einem ca 80 cm hohen Zaun eingezäunt. Gartenmöbel stehen kostenlos für Sie bereit.



Seit April 2020 können Sie gern mit E-Auto anreisen wir haben vor Ort eine eichkonforme 22 kw Ladestation installiert.


Hunde sind bei uns sehr willkommen Gern stellen wir Ihnen kostenlos Hundenäpfe und eine Hundedecke zur Verfügung - einfach bei der Buchung mit angeben


Für die Kleinen stehen einige DVD´s, Spiele und Bücher bereit. Ein Reisebettchen und einen Hochstuhl stellen wir gern kostenlos zur Verfügung - bitte einfach bei der Buchung angeben.


ACHTUNG: Die Nebenkosten (Kosten vor Ort) wie Endreinigung, Hund, Wäschepaket, Kurtaxe und Kaution usw. müssen vor Reiseantritt überwiesen werden.

    “Wir hatten einen super, spontanen Urlaub. Positiv: Das Ferienhaus ist mit allen Dingen, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Mir hat besonders der kleine Garten des Hauses gefallen, da unsere Hunde dort schon ein wenig toben konnten. Allgemein empfanden wir es als sehr Hundefreudlich. Von den Vermietern wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Hätte es Probleme gegeben, wären sie sofort vor Ort gewesen. Das Blockhaus steht nahe am Wald. Für Wanderungen perfekt gelegen. Man kann vom Haus aus gleich loslaufen.
    Alle Informationen wie zum Beispiel:
    Wo gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten?
    Wo könnte man Essen bestellen?
    Wo sind die nächsten Ärzte, Tierärzte,, Tankstellen usw.?

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Hunde gut geeignet, da direkt der Wald in der Nähe ist. Man muss halt immer ins 3 km entfernte Bad Sachsa fahren.”

    “Kleines süßes Haus mit guter Ausstattung - es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig aber das haben wir ja gesucht. Das Haus und die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen gern wieder.”
